Agustina is GeoPark’s Chief People Officer, responsible for enriching and promoting an organizational culture based on trust, teamwork, continuous improvement, mutual respect, and diversity. She also supervises GeoPark's cybersecurity initiatives, guaranteeing system integrity and the protection of confidential information. Agustina has been with the Company since it was founded in 2002, and she created and has led the People department for over 15 years, guided by the principles of attracting, motivating and developing the best professionals, and ensuring the comprehensive wellbeing of staff and their families. She previously held the position of Performance Director at GeoPark. Agustina worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and AES Gener in Argentina before joining GeoPark. Thanks to Agustina’s leadership in the implementation of inclusion and diversity best practices, GeoPark won the Equipares Silver Award in 2020, which is given by the Government of Colombia with technical support from the United Nations Development Program. GeoPark was furthermore included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) in 2022, which evaluates the performance of listed companies that are committed to transparency in gender reporting. Agustina has strengthened GeoPark's cybersecurity by bringing key people into our team and incorporating the best protection systems on the market into our platforms. Agustina is a Public Accountant and has a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the IAE Business School of Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
