GeoPark Launches a Facebook Page to Improve Communications with Neighbors in Colombia

• A new channel to access information on GeoPark’s management, projects and initiatives in the territories where it operates in Colombia, promoting transparency and dialogue with neighboring communities
• The Facebook page joins the Buenos Vecinos blog and GeoPark’s other digital channels, which include LinkedIn, YouTube and the company website, consolidating communication efforts and strengthening the Company’s relationships with stakeholders  

GeoPark, a leading independent energy company in Latin America, announces the launch of its Facebook page as a new channel to meet its commitment to strengthen the relationship with neighboring communities and provide access to key information about the Company’s activities and projects in Colombia.

This new space helps bring GeoPark closer to its neighbors and transparently share news, operational developments, and general social, environmental and sustainability initiatives from both GeoPark and its institutional partners in Casanare, Meta and Putumayo departments.

The Facebook page joins other Company initiatives such as the launch of the Good Neighbors blog in 2021 that reports news about GeoPark’s territorial management, details the Company’s environmental licensing projects in the Llanos and Putumayo basins, and covers other issues relevant to its socio-environmental management.
