Giving more than 13,000 presents, GeoPark brings the magic of christmas to neighbors in Colombia and Ecuador

This Christmas, the GeoPark team shared moments of magic and happiness with more than 13,000 children from communities in Casanare, Meta, and Putumayo in Colombia and Shushufindi in Ecuador, who were given presents and took part in recreational activities and traditional celebrations that brought whole families together.

Nature and Neighbors Anibal Fernandez de Soto thanked the communities for another year of joint work that brought progress in projects that promote sustainable territorial development. “2024 has been a year of shared achievements, when through dialogue, transparency and trust we have strengthened our relationship of Good Neighborliness. We are grateful for the continued support and commitment of our neighbors,” he said.

During these festivities, GeoPark reaffirms its commitment to work together with communities to continue creating and sharing prosperity in the territories it operates in. The Company looks ahead enthusiastically and optimistically to 2025 as a year of new challenges and opportunities to continue strengthening its relationship of Good Neighborliness.
