The committees define guidelines and recommendations for the proper implementation of resolutions. Each committee has procedural rules governing its operations and responsibilities:<\/p><ul><li>Audit Committee.<\/li><li>Speed\/Sustainability Committee.<\/li><li>Strategy and Risk Committee.<\/li><li>Compensation Committee.<\/li><li>Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.<\/li><li>Technical Committee.<\/li><\/ul><p>The SPEED\/Sustainability Committee was created in 2022 to further strengthen the Company\u2019s corporate governance by creating a forum in which sustainability issues are addressed at the highest level.
